Thank you to Stockland
In June 2019 Inclusion Plus Family Support was selected as a beneficiary of Stockland’s 2019 Aura Community Grants program.
Thanks to Stockland’s generosity we are able to make much-needed improvements to Pandanus Guest House, our short-term accommodation facility which is used for short term accommodation and holiday stays.
What's going on!
Pandanus Garden Makeover
Stage 1 of the garden makeover at our Pandanus House in Currimundi was completed last year and with the generous support of Sunbus, we now have fantastic shade sails installed, which enables our visitors to enjoy much more of the garden area during the daytime.
Stage 3 Wow, what a difference our new turf has made to the front yard at Pandanus! Also, the new sensory boards gratefully funded by Gambling & Community Benefit Fund, are a real hit with our young guests.
Stage 2 has recently commenced and with the kind supply of materials from Maroochy Sand & Gravel, Sunshine Mitre 10 Nambour and Foleys Tanks Woombye, we have constructed a rockery for better drainage, raised vegie garden bed and a sand pit.
Thank you to all these local businesses for their support with this project so far. The make-over has improved our garden spaces and created new activity areas for the people we support.
A Fair Day Out
A Fair Day Out is an initiative of the On Track group that helps to celebrate inclusive communities. This event is held annually in September at the Eumundi Markets and provides the opportunity for everyone to celebrate with music, food, arts & crafts, creating a fun day out for everyone!
